MOJAVE — Kern County Human Services will host its annual JobFest from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 17, at the Stuart O. Witt Event Center, 1247 Poole St., Mojave.
The event, held in partnership with Mojave Air & Space Port, offers free admission and parking, the chance to meet with local employers, and on-site help completing job applications and building a resume. Organizers say job seekers should dress professionally, bring copies of their resume, and bring a notebook and pen. Children are not permitted at the event.
